Ironing Board cover

Most of my projects are based on needs. I had this very old and shabby looking ironing board which was a sore to the eyes. In normal circumstances, I would have thrown out the older cover and got myself a new plain one after spending much more.

Somehow I feel the ironing board covers are really neglected when it comes to having fun choices. All you see are plain ones or simple striped ones and they all look the same. Doesn’t matter when it comes to the functionality aspect but looks so boring!

Here is what I made:
