First Milestone in Marriage

**In Dec 2013 we completed 10 years of marital bliss. This poem is dedicated to my better half who is my rock.

As we celebrate our 10 years of marriage
I look back at all the wonderful days I spent with you
And wonder how the time just flew

You were there with me through thick and thin
You were there with me for everything
You were my support when I needed one
You were there for me when I needed a hug

We met as strangers 14 years back
Not knowing what our future holds
It still seems like a dream sometimes
That together we are growing old

We have been through our share of lows
But it never let me down I say
Coz you were with me holding hands
When the stars were not aligned our way

You were there to kiss my tears goodbye
You were there to celebrate my happiness
You have taught me invaluable lessons in life
Which makes me who I am today

So thank you from bottom of my heart
For showing me what true love is
I wish to cross many milestones together
And I will love you until the very end!
